Our mission is to get the world to drastically improve their strategic thinking by bringing forward their innovative self during cross-industry collaboration, interdisciplinary processes, and global partnerships.
Our team is a results-driven, boots on the ground blend of experienced executives in change management, efficiency optimization, equine assisted learning, and organizational development. We're experienced in global waters and dedicated to activating sticky growth without gimmicks or fluff.
Our approach is simple: get people to think strategically, cutting through the noise and getting to the heart of matters. At Equinist, we believe in tangible results, not buzzwords. Together we drive global strategic development that makes sense.

For years, I watched leadership teams cycle through the same off-site routine.
Nice venue. Polished facilitator. PowerPoints with frameworks. A team-building exercise. Lunch.
People leave feeling upbeat, full of ideas and good intentions.
Then, a few weeks later, everything drifts back to the old familiar patterns.
The team might be smarter on paper—but nothing’s actually changed.
That’s where Equinist began: as a response to that cycle. Not just a training day, but a different way of working through what holds teams back.
What we do differently—and why it works.
1. We create space to think.
No screens. No slides. No endless note-taking. Instead, a natural, multisensory environment where your nervous system resets—and your strategic mind wakes up. This isn’t passive learning. It’s experiential, intuitive, and guided by your own questions, not a preset curriculum.
People slow down. They get into flow. And that’s when the real thinking starts.
2. We bring horses into the conversation.
Not to ride. Not for fun. But because they respond to what’s really going on, beneath the titles, the talking points, the roles people play in the office.
They don’t care if you’re the CEO or the intern. They care if you’re congruent. When something’s off in a team, unclear leadership, hidden friction, performative alignment, they reflect it back. Instantly. Without judgment. That kind of honest integrity is rare. And powerful.
3. We move beyond the event.
There’s no quick fix for systemic patterns. That’s why Equinist is never a one-and-done. We stay in the conversation. A week later, a month later, we pick up the thread. Where are you applying what surfaced? Where are you stuck? Where is your team reverting to default? Through tailored follow-ups, we keep the learning alive, so insight turns into action, and action into change.
4. We meet the complexity head-on.
Some of the blocks in your system are deeply rooted. We don’t dance around them. We don’t try to solve them with a model on a whiteboard. We sit with them. We test them.
We let your team experience what happens when they try something different, and see for themselves what works. We don't tell them what to do. That doesn't work. Change doesn’t come from knowing better.
It comes from experiencing something that shifts your frame completely. That’s the work we do.
So if you’re planning a team day, ask yourself:
If it’s the latter, we’d be a good fit.
We don’t run feel-good days.
We run the kind of sessions that people talk about five years later.
