How it works:

Step 1: Meet the Herd

Your team works hands-on with unbridled horses in an arena filled with life-sized props like barrels, cones, and poles. After a quick safety and neuroscience brief , they’re introduced to the herd and given a mission tailored to your goals—leadership, teamwork, innovation, or strategy. Assignments range from straightforward to complex.


Step 2: Dive In

Teams brainstorm, collaborate, and execute their mission within a set timeframe, mirroring real-world project pressures. Horses respond authentically—cooperating, resisting, or surprising—based on the team’s cohesion and intent. Their reactions highlight unseen dynamics like trust issues or misaligned objectives.


Step 3: Experiment and Adapt

Teams reflect, adjust, and test new strategies in real time. Unlike office settings, they can quickly pivot, gather insights, and try fresh approaches with immediate, unbiased feedback from the horses.


Step 4: Deliver Results

The top three takeaways are polished into actionable steps, with clear owners and deadlines. Teams return to work with sharper clarity, stronger confidence, and tools to inspire and motivate others. The immersive, multi-sensory experience ensures these lessons stick for the long haul.

I learned a lot about myself and the team. I also learned I was uncomfortable with uncertainty, using knowledge to inoculate often, and tended to eject or freeze when I can’t. Learning language between two brain states was huge. It has given me great language and a great way to check in with others.
